DECEMBER FESTIVAL OF  LIGHTS – Thursday, December 9th

Judges will tour the neighborhood and award prizes to the best decorated homes. Prizes presented at the Christmas on the Lake event.

CHRISTMAS ON THE LAKE – Sunday, December 16th   5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Prizes presented to the winning decorated homes. Santa makes an appearance! Enjoy hot beverages and cookies with Santa.  Snow is predicted!

EASTER EGG HUNT – Saturday, April 15th

EGG HUNT – 10:30 a.m. Calling all kids, bring your basket! There are over 1,200 eggs hidden at the third lake. Also, a special neighborhood hunt for older kids to find the silver and gold eggs for $$$.

BRUNCH – 11:00 a.m. Enjoy brunch with your neighbors. Please bring a brunch item to share. Beverages provided.

FOURTH OF JULY – Friday, July 4th

FIRE TRUCK PARADE – 11:30 Beginning at the Patti Lynn cul-de-sac and proceeding to the 3rd lake by foot or by bike. (Decorate your ride, if you’d like). Everyone is welcome to join. If you choose to not be part of the parade please come outside to watch. Who doesn’t like a parade ?!?!

PICNIC – 12:00 noon Celebrate the Fourth with a picnic lunch at the 3rd lake pavilion. Please bring a dish to share. Beverages provided.

ADULT FLOAT-IN – 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Begin at the 1st lake, meander down the 2nd lake and end at the 3rd lake. Warning: kids with water balloons waiting at the 3rd lake swim area. Enjoy the bar boat and appetizers.

POT LUCK DINNER – 6:00 p.m. Please bring a dish to share. Drinks provided.

LABOR DAY/STROKER DAY – Monday, September 1st

FISHING TOURNAMENT – 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. Bring your catch to the 1st lake weigh station. Trophies awarded.

ADULT FLOAT-IN – 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Begin at the 1st lake, meander down the 2nd lake and end at the 3rd lake. Warning: kids with water balloons waiting at the 3rd lake swim area. Enjoy the bar boat and appetizers.

POT LUCK DINNER – 6:00 p.m. Join your neighbors for a pot luck dinner at the 3rd lake pavilion. Please bring a dish to share. Beverages provided.
